However, it is not compulsory, if you want to learn the traditional way with a manual gearbox from the start, it is your choice. As always with Strictly Driving, YOU are in charge of YOUR training.
In your very first training session you will discover talents you didn't know you had. You will be working with a skilled coach who is not only an approved driving instructor but also trained to help you learn naturally and without stress.
With the fast-track method you will discover your in-built and natural ability to identify and manage risk. This method helps you develop the confidence to make your own decisions and fully engage your ability to learn and you progress much more quickly. Having achieved the ability to drive safely and with the confidence to make your own decisions, you can quickly and comfortably master gear changing.
